Data Deletion Instructions
If you would like your personal data reviewed, anonymized, or deleted from Church Admin, follow the instructions below so the responsible church administrator can process your request.
1. Submit a Request
Send a data deletion request to the church administrator, ministry office, or designated privacy contact responsible for your record. Include enough information for the church to identify your record safely.
2. Include These Details
- Your full name
- Your phone number or the number used for church communication
- Your fellowship or department if known
- A short description of your request, for example: delete my contact information, remove my WhatsApp conversation history, or anonymize my member record
3. Verification
For your security, the church may need to verify your identity before processing a deletion or anonymization request.
4. What Happens Next
Depending on legal, pastoral, accounting, or administrative requirements, the church may delete certain data, anonymize records, archive them, or retain limited information where required by law or legitimate church recordkeeping needs.
5. WhatsApp and Communication Records
If you request deletion of communication data, the church may remove or anonymize stored WhatsApp conversations and related communication logs where appropriate and legally permitted.
6. Contact Path
Recommended production contact: Provide a public support or privacy email address for the church using this deployment, and use that address in Meta if needed for data-deletion reviews.
